在现实生产过程中,劳方的影响力和主导性日益提高,劳资双方应在博弈中不断协调以求共存共生,并实现员工与企业发展的双赢。而制约双赢发展目标的因素有多个,究其核心可归结为人力资源管理问题。目前我国企业人力资源管理中存在诸多不足,本文针对现存人力资源管理之症结进行系统剖析,以为深入地对策研究奠定基础。

Both employers and employees should keep coordinating in the game in order to coexist and coexist, and realize a win-win situation for the development of employees and enterprises.
