下岗职工再就业是个棘手的社会问题。不少人长期脱岗待业，难以再度就业，问题的症结在哪里呢？是有关部门没有为下岗职工出政策。想办法。拿措施么？显然不完全是。我们看到，或为下岗职工就业优惠办证。减免税费，或招聘人员时优先照顾录用下岗职工，或开辟“就业一条街”等?
The re-employment of laid-off workers is a thorny social problem. Many people are unemployed for long periods of time and can not find employment again. Where are the crux of the problem? Is the relevant departments did not work out policies for laid-off workers. Think of ways to. Take measures? Obviously not exactly. We have seen or found employment permits for laid-off workers. Tax relief, or priority hiring of laid-off workers hiring, or to open up the “employment of a street” and so on?
