本文论述了目前我国高校加强对大学生文化素质教育的重要性，指出了高校馆开展文化素质教育的有利条件，阐述了把高校馆办成大学生文化素质教育的重要课堂的具体措施。
This paper discusses the importance of strengthening the cultural quality education of college students in our country, points out the favorable conditions for developing cultural quality education in colleges and universities, and elaborates the specific measures to make the university library an important classroom for students’ cultural quality education.
