针对辽河油田套管变型井防砂工艺施工中安装LH-70型防砂井口,充填结束后需拆卸井口上提管柱倒扣丢手,在倒扣过程中井口处于无控状态,存在安全隐患,无法解决充填后带压丢手、循环充填、带压反洗井等问题;经引进滑动井口后,现场应用10井次,均实现了带压倒扣工序,即砾石充填结束后,直接带井口上提管柱完成倒扣作业,避免因油管高压引起的无法倒扣、砂卡管柱等质量事故的发生。
