记得有这样一件事——记者去采访一个开拓型企业家,问:“你领导一个企业成日成夜加班加点,一定很辛苦吧?星期天也忙于工作,大概很少有时间看书学习吧?”岂料这位青年企业家回答说:“我很少加班加点。我以为,一个现代化企业的领导应在提高工作效率上下功夫。至于周末假日,我既花时间看大量的书报,也常和家人外出游玩。”一番话,说得记者耳目一新。我想,这个例子对于英雄人物宣传报道的讨论,也许会有启迪。毋庸讳言,多年来,在英雄人物的宣传上,存在单一化、雷同化的现象。正如陆焕同志在《英雄本色与英雄“模式”》一文中正确地指出的那样,“穷、苦、累、脏”,外加一个“死”,似乎已成了英雄人物的共同“模式”。记者在作采访准备时,总先想到这几个字,在写作过程中又突出地渲染这几个字,于是尽管英雄人物的年龄、性别、职业、经历不同,但行进在这条狭隘的小路上,却难免给人似曾相识的雷同感。这样的宣传报道,偶一读之,尚能动心,反复相见,实难引起共鸣。所谓英雄人物报道中缺乏时代感的问题,就是这样提出来的。
