我厂有8台饮用水深度处理装置,采用臭氧氧化和活性炭吸附工艺,炭滤罐直径3.6m,高8.1m。该罐的炭层到清水溢流堰的距离为2100mm,设计人员认为,此高度即使在反洗时,也不会使活性炭跑掉,因此没有设计过滤网。1995年7月,在进行投用后的第一次反洗时,就有很多活性炭被冲到下水道。我们虽制订了反洗操作规程加以控制,但仍无法彻底避免跑炭现象的发生。
Our factory has 8 advanced treatment devices for drinking water, using ozone oxidation and activated carbon adsorption technology, carbon canister diameter 3.6m, height 8.1m. The distance from the canister’s charcoal layer to the clear water overflow weir is 2100mm. Designers believe that this height does not cause the activated carbon to escape even when backwashing, so no filter net is designed. In July 1995, during the first backwash after the application, a lot of activated carbon was flushed into the sewer. Although we have established a backwashing procedure to control it, we cannot completely avoid the occurrence of charcoaling.
