为研究航空公司服务创新在市场竞争中的作用,基于元胞自动机设计了航空服务创新竞争模型.以深航2008年在深圳-北京航线上推出服务创新为例,经过重复试验较好地模拟了在该航线上进行服务创新取得成功的竞争演化过程.研究结果表明:初始接受服务创新的元胞数量、服务匹配度和品牌宣传效应度三个影响因素都对演化的突变周期起正向影响作用,且三个因素对突变周期的正向作用随着取值的增大而逐渐减弱.
In order to study the role of airline service innovation in the market competition, this paper designs a competition model of aviation service innovation based on cellular automata.With the example of service innovation introduced by Shenzhen Airlines in Shenzhen-Beijing route in 2008, The successful evolutionary process of service innovation on this route.The research results show that the three factors that influence the evolution cycle of mutation are the number of cells, service matching and brand promotion effect of initial acceptance of service innovation , And the positive effect of the three factors on the mutation cycle gradually diminishes as the value increases.
