介绍了双盘管冷源温湿度独立控制系统新风送风方式,分析了新风处理过程。为防止新风结露,通常采取3种处理方式。分析了分别利用室内排风、室外新风以及冷却水对新风送风进行再热的优缺点和单位风量耗功率。结果表明:室外新风对新风送风进行再热系统节能率最优,室内排风再热系统较为稳定,冷却水再热系统管路最简单。
The paper introduces the new air supply mode of independent control system of temperature and humidity of double coolers, and analyzes the fresh air process. To prevent fresh air condensation, usually take 3 kinds of treatment. The advantages and disadvantages of using the indoor exhaust air, the outdoor fresh air and the cooling water to reheat the fresh air supply and the power consumption of the unit air volume are analyzed respectively. The results show that outdoor fresh air reheat the fresh air supply system, which has the best energy saving rate. The indoor exhaust air reheating system is more stable and the cooling water reheating system is the simplest.
