海水中的硝酸盐不仅是海洋植物所必需的重要营养盐,而且对研究海洋水团动力学、海洋化学、海洋地貭学和生物起源学等也是很有意义的。目前海水中硝酸盐的測定方法主要有下面四个方面: 1.馬錢子碱法。該法虽有一定的灵敏度,但操作复杂麻煩,影响因素多。 2.二苯胺法和二苯基联苯胺法。該法虽比馬钱子碱法好,但仍存在許多困难,技术較难掌握,重现性差,甚至往往不显蓝色,或所生顏色不成色阶等。

At present, the determination of nitrate in seawater mainly includes the following four aspects: 1. Strychnine method.
