选取我院137例护理人员进行回顾性研究,我院自2014年3月起开始在护理人员分层培训中应用品管圈管理,对比应用前后护理人员的理论考核成绩与实践操作考核成绩以及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果在护理人员分层培训中应用品管圈管理之前,护理人员的理论考核成绩是83.2±2.4分,实践操作考核成绩是80.6±1.5分,患者的满意度是80.0%,应用后,护理人员的理论考核成绩是97.4±1.5分,实践操作考核成绩是95.6±1.6分,患者的满意度是97.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理人员分层培训中应用品管圈管理能够有效地提高护理人员的理论考核与实践考核成绩,可显著地改善患者的满意度。
