目的:考察核桃蛋白及多肽的降糖活性,并比较酿酒酵母模型和T2DM动物模型优缺点。方法:采用酿酒酵母模型和T2DM动物模型,评价核桃蛋白及多肽降血糖活性。结果:在2种模型中,核桃蛋白与多肽均表现出一定降糖活性,并且核桃多肽的活性优于蛋白,实验结果在很大程度上表现出一致性。结论:酿酒酵母糖代谢模型实验周期短,经济、易于操作,可用于降糖物质筛选的前期选择。T2DM模型实验结果准确,在更大程度上接近类人型T2DM,可用于降糖物质的确定和深入研究。
Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic activity of walnut protein and polypeptide, and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of Saccharomyces cerevisiae model and T2DM animal model. Methods: Saccharomyces cerevisiae model and T2DM animal model were used to evaluate the hypoglycemic activity of walnut protein and polypeptide. Results: In the two models, both walnut protein and polypeptide showed some hypoglycemic activity, and the activity of walnut polypeptide was better than that of protein. The experimental results showed a large degree of consistency. Conclusion: Saccharomyces cerevisiae glycometabolism model is short, economical and easy to operate. It can be used as pre-selection for screening of hypoglycemic agents. T2DM model experimental results accurate, to a greater extent similar to human T2DM, can be used for the determination of hypoglycemic substances and in-depth study.
