目的 :研究甲状腺癌组织中CD15抗原和bcl 2的基因蛋白的表达与肿瘤发生和转移的关系 ,并探讨CD15与bcl 2基因蛋白表达的关系。方法 :应用微波 LSAB免疫组织化学法检测 50例甲状腺癌、4 5例甲状腺腺瘤和 2 0例癌旁正常甲状腺组织中CD15和bcl 2基因蛋白表达。结果 :在甲状腺癌中CD15和bcl 2基因蛋白表达阳性率分别为 6 8 0 %和 4 6 0 % ,均显著高于甲状腺腺瘤和癌旁正常甲状腺组织 (P<0 0 5) ,CD15和bcl 2阳性率均与甲状腺癌淋巴结转移相关 (P <0 0 5) ,与甲状腺癌组织类型无明显关系 (P >0 0 5)。CD15表达与bcl 2表达呈明显正相关性。结论 :CD15和bcl 2表达对预测甲状腺癌转移和评估预后是一种重要参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD15 antigen and bcl2 gene in thyroid cancer and tumorigenesis and metastasis, and to explore the relationship between CD15 and bcl2 protein expression. Methods: The expressions of CD15 and bcl2 protein in 50 cases of thyroid carcinoma, 45 cases of thyroid adenoma and 20 cases of adjacent normal thyroid tissue were detected by LSAB immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of CD15 and bcl2 protein expression in thyroid cancer were 68.0% and 46.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in thyroid adenoma and adjacent normal thyroid tissue (P <0.05), CD15 and The positive rate of bcl2 was correlated with the lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer (P <0.05), but not with the type of thyroid cancer (P> 0.05). CD15 expression and bcl 2 expression was positively correlated. Conclusion: The expressions of CD15 and bcl2 are important predictors of thyroid cancer metastasis and prognosis.
