第一拖拉机制造厂锻造分厂和农机部第一设计研究院研制的发生炉煤气平焰烧嘴,从1979年3月试验成功以后,陆续在400kg空气锤和1T自由锻锤用室式加热炉以及2T、3T、5T模锻锤推杆式加热炉上得到推广应用,1980年12月又在10T模锻锤用环形加热上推广应用,获得成功。生产实践证明,平焰烧嘴具有缩短升温时间、提高炉温、提高生产率、节约燃料、结构简单、操作方便等优点。采用平焰烧嘴是节能的重要途径。但是在推广应用平焰烧嘴的过程中,也暴露出平焰烧嘴噪声偏高的弱点。噪声一般在96~100dB(A),有时甚至高达104dB(A)。噪声偏高恶化了锻工车间的劳动条件,直接影响到工人的身心健康,是继续推广平焰烧嘴的障碍。

It was an obstacle to continue promoting the flat flame burner.
