连铸二冷计算机仿真是预测和分析工艺参数对浇铸过程的影响规律以及优化连铸操作工艺参数的重要手段。根据方坯连铸机的结构特点,基于沿拉坯方向上移动的有限薄片层思想,建立方坯连铸凝固传热数学模型,应用面向对象的编程语言Visual Basic6.0开发了方坯连铸二次冷却计算机仿真通用软件。方坯连铸二次冷却计算机仿真软件集连铸过程仿真计算、迭代反算二冷水量、水量公式回归、数据输入输出处理和图形处理于一体,使用方便,功能全面,在二冷技术研究、连铸生产和工程设计中具有广阔的应用前景。 The computer simulation of continuous casting and secondary cooling is an important method to predict and analyze the influence of process parameters on the casting process and to optimize the process parameters of continuous casting operation. According to the structural features of billet continuous casting machine, based on the idea of ​​finite slice layer moving along the direction of billet casting, a mathematic model of billet continuous casting solidification and heat transfer was established.
