本文通过对ZSM-5高温相变过程的研究,建立了衡量ZSM-5热稳定性的尺度,由此来研究结晶过程和铵交换过程中不同晶化时间和不同交换次数所得ZSM-5的热稳定性.研究表明,ZSM-5中包含非结构电平衡所需的钠离子,可影响正交晶系ZSM-5的热稳定性.单斜晶系ZSM-5的生成条件为,ZSM-5结构中电平衡需要的钠离子被大部分交换成氢离时才能形成.另外还得到在ZSM-5生长期,钠离子和铵离子都是合成所必需的原料并相互不可替代的结果.
In this paper, we establish a scale to measure the thermal stability of ZSM-5 by studying the phase transition process of ZSM-5, so as to study the heat of ZSM-5 with different crystallization time and different exchange number in the process of crystallization and ammonium exchange Stability of ZSM-5.The results show that ZSM-5 contains the sodium ions needed for non-structural electrical balance, which can affect the thermal stability of orthorhombic ZSM-5.The formation conditions of monoclinic ZSM-5 are as follows: ZSM-5 In the structure, the sodium ions required for electrical balance can be formed when most of the ions are exchanged into hydrogen ions, and both sodium ion and ammonium ion are necessary raw materials for synthesis in the growth period of ZSM-5 and irreplaceable to each other.
