目的:探讨中国健康成年人肺顺应性的参考值与地理因素的关系规律,为制定中国健康成年人肺顺应性参考值的标准提供科学依据。方法和结果:收集了全国46个市县的4489例(2726例男性,1763例女性)健康成年人的肺顺应性参考值,运用相关分析法分析了肺顺应性参考值与地理指标之间的相关性,多重共线性诊断法诊断5个地理指标[海拔高度(X1),年日照时数(X2),年平均气温(X3),年平均相对湿度(X4),年降水量(X5)]的共线性,然后用主成分分析的方法分析成年人肺顺应性参考值与地理指标的关系,可得应变量Y^与原自变量X1~X5的线性回归方程:^Y=0.079-0.00000166X1-0.0000323X2-0.00221X3+0.00147X4-0.0000174X5±0.021。即为主成分回归分析法求得的线性回归模型。结论:如果我们知道了中国某地的地理指标,就可以用回归方程计算出这个地区健康成年人肺顺应性的参考值范围。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the reference value of lung compliance and geographical factors in healthy Chinese adults, and to provide a scientific basis for establishing the standard of lung compliance of Chinese healthy adults. Methods and Results: Lung compliance data of 4489 (2726 males, 1763 females) healthy adults from 46 cities and counties in the country were collected. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between lung compliance and geographical indications (X1), annual sunshine hours (X2), annual mean temperature (X3), annual average relative humidity (X4) and annual precipitation (X5) , And then analyzed the relation between lung compliance index and geographical index by principal component analysis. The linear regression equation of Y ^ and original variables X1 ~ X5 can be obtained: ^ Y = 0.079-0.00000166X1 -0.0000323X2-0.00221X3 + 0.00147X4-0.0000174X5 ± 0.021. That is, the principal component regression analysis obtained linear regression model. CONCLUSION: If we know the geographical indications of a place in China, we can use the regression equation to calculate the reference range of lung compliance for healthy adults in this area.
