信息网络时代下,很多农村中学都配备了电脑,但在学校管理上却出现了诸多问题。教师管理是学校管理的核心,解决好农村教师管理问题有助于增强学校的核心竞争力和提高农村学校的管理效能。农村学校管理者要树立“能力取向”的教师管理价值观,理性看待信息网络时代下教师的非理性行为,充分认识教师的人性特征,提倡教师自控,在尊重教师发展权的同时,处理好学校经费与教师发展两者之间的关系,以拉近学校与教师的心理距离。
In the era of information networks, many rural secondary schools are equipped with computers, but many problems have arisen in school administration. Teacher management is the core of school management.
