目的:考察N-三甲基壳聚糖(TMC 60)对丙酸倍氯米松(BM)的体外促透作用。方法:制备含1%TMC 60的BM凝胶,用Franz扩散池进行体外促透作用研究,以稳态透皮速率J为指标,与同浓度的氮酮、壳聚糖(CS)进行比较。结果:空白组、氮酮组、TMC 60组及CS组的J分别为3.8221,4.0984,4.2055和4.3569μg·cm~(-2)·h~(-1)。与空白组相比,TMC 60有显著的促进BM体外透皮扩散作用(P<0.05);而与同浓度氮酮、CS相比,促透作用无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:TMC 60可显著促进BM的体外透皮扩散。
Objective: To investigate the in vitro permeation effect of N-trimethyl chitosan (TMC 60) on beclomethasone dipropionate (BM). Methods: BM gel containing 1% TMC 60 was prepared. The permeation enhancement in vitro by Franz diffusion cell was studied. The steady-state transdermal rate J was used as an index to compare with the same concentration of azone and chitosan (CS). Results: The values of J in blank group, azone group, TMC 60 group and CS group were 3.8221, 4.0984, 4.2055 and 4.3569 μg · cm -2 · h -1, respectively. Compared with the blank group, TMC 60 significantly promoted the in vitro transdermal diffusion of BM (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the permeation of TMC 60 and the concentrations of Azone and CS. Conclusion: TMC 60 can significantly promote the in vitro transdermal proliferation of BM.
