人体血液或尿中K~+、Na~+的含量直接反映了某些器官的功能或病变。例如失常的K_+量,能引起器官如心脏、神经系统和肌肉的功能失调。国外八十年代初出现微机化的钾钠分析仪,但价扬昂贵。本文应用的S671A型血液钾钠分析仪是采用微机控制和数据处理的半自动测量仪器,能测量人体的全血、血清和血浆中钾钠离子的含量,不需要对试样作预处理,且所测结果更加接近于人体的生理状态,具有极大的临床意义,该仪器日前通过了技术鉴定,并已有江苏电分析仪器厂投产。
