目的对边远山区高中生心理健康问题进行研究。方法以地处边远山区某高中二年级学生325人为研究对象,采用MHT手册的问卷进行调查。结果边远山区高中生中有6.3%的人有比较严重的心理问题;男女高中生的心理健康状况基本良好;男女高中生在学习焦虑和恐怖倾向方面有非常显著的差异,女生的焦虑水平明显高于男生(P<0.001),女生对人焦虑和身体症状焦虑水平高于男生(P<0.05),男生孤独倾向水平高于女生,在其他方面无显著差异。结论边远山区高中生的心理健康状况基本良好;总体水平比城市低,男生与女生在个别分量表上有显著差异。
Objective To study the mental health of high school students in remote mountainous areas. Methods A total of 325 high school sophomores, located in remote mountainous areas, were selected as research objects and questionnaires of MHT handbook were used to investigate. Results Sixty-three percent of high school students in remote mountain areas had more serious psychological problems. The mental health status of male and female high school students was basically good. There was a significant difference between male and female high school students in learning anxiety and terror tendency, and their anxiety levels were significantly higher In male students (P <0.001), girls ’anxiety level of anxiety and physical symptoms were higher than that of boys (P <0.05), boys’ loneliness tendency was higher than girls, and there was no significant difference in other aspects. Conclusions The mental health status of high school students in remote mountainous areas is basically good. The overall level is lower than that in urban areas. There is significant difference between male and female students on individual subscales.
