在花叶芋的组织培养中,以生长健壮的叶片、叶柄为外植体、在附加6—BA1ppm;6—BA2ppm+IBA0.5ppm;6—BA1ppm+IBA2ppm的MS培养基上,均能诱导出愈伤组织;其中以6—BA2ppm+IBA0.5ppm的诱导率最高。试验发现,使用低浓度的IBA加高浓度6—BA的MS培养基,愈伤组织诱导率及后期培养的再分化率都较高。愈伤组织转移到附加6—BA3ppm的MS培养基上分化率达105%。分化培养中愈伤组织也在不断增长,并同时在芽的基部长出根系,形成完整植株,使整个培养周期缩短一个月。用无土栽培法培养过渡幼苗,生长极快,能在较短的时间内达到具有商品性能的健壮植株。
In the tissue culture of Artichoke, the growth of robust leaves and petiole as explants were induced on MS medium supplemented with 6-BA1ppm, 6-BA2ppm + IBA0.5ppm and 6-BA1ppm + IBA2ppm Among them, 6-BA2ppm + IBA0.5ppm had the highest induction rate. It was found that callus induction rate and re-differentiation rate of later culture were higher with low concentration of IBA and MS medium supplemented with 6-BA. Callus was transferred to additional 6-BA3ppm MS medium differentiation rate of 105%. Callus is also growing in differentiation cultures, and at the same time, roots are grown at the base of shoots to form complete plants that shorten the entire incubation period by one month. With soilless cultivation of transitional seedlings culture, grow very fast, in a relatively short period of time to achieve robust performance of the goods.
