针对汽车发动机高频、高速模拟装置对转速的要求(高频、高速及周期性变化),提出应用基于高速凸轮和差动轮系的特殊装置来实现这种要求。运用Adams反向设计出凸轮的轮廓曲线,通过Solid Works构造三维模型。将由凸轮齿条推杆、差动轮系及减速齿轮组成的高频高速组合机构的三维装配模型,运用Adams进行仿真,最后得到输出齿轮的运动曲线,以及大小输出齿轮间的接触力曲线、凸轮齿条推杆间的接触力曲线。将这些曲线(除凸轮齿条推杆的接触力曲线)与理论值进行对比,误差在允许范围内,同时接触力的大小符合设计要求。因此这种采用高速凸轮和差动轮系的方案是可行的。
