台州市椒江污水处理厂二期扩建工程规模为10×104 m3/d,厂区主要受力土层的天然地基承载力较低,需进行地基处理。在总结一期地基处理方法(真空预压法)的基础上,对二期工程地基处理方法进行了优化,确定采用大范围真空预压(联合堆载)处理方法。为达到监控施工安全、检测加固效果、验证地基基础处理方案的合理性和实用性的目的,进行了施工监测。监测结果表明,加固后满足地基土承载力特征值90 kPa的设计要求,地基加固处理效果良好。

On the basis of summarizing the first stage foundation treatment method (vacuum preloading method), the second stage foundation treatment method was optimized and a large area vacuum preloading (combined loading) treatment method was determined. In order to achieve the goal of monitoring the construction safety, testing and reinforcement effect and verifying the rationality and practicability of the foundation treatment program, construction monitoring was carried out. The monitoring results show that the design requirements of 90 kPa for bearing capacity of foundation soil after reinforcement are satisfied, and the effect of foundation reinforcement is good.
