Objective: To explore the tolerance of tuberculosis patients with tuberculosis and medication principles. Methods: The side effects of 48 cases of diabetes mellitus (n = 48) and control group (41 cases) after using anti-tuberculosis drugs were compared and analyzed. Results: The incidence of side effects of anti-TB drugs was higher in both groups than in women. There was no significant correlation between the level of blood glucose level and the occurrence of adverse reactions of total anti-tuberculosis drugs. However, the rate of cranial nerve injury in the eighth group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Two groups of side effects of anti-TB drugs are gastrointestinal reactions and liver damage-based, followed by the eighth pair of cranial nerve injury. Conclusion: The dose of antituberculotic drugs in patients with tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus should be reduced appropriately. When the aminoglycosides are used, the eighth cranial nerve injury is easy to occur and should be closely observed
