上海地铁4#线在上海体育馆站穿越地铁1#线,下行穿越段主要位于含水丰富的粘土地层中。为保证穿越施工的顺利进行,本次采用了人工地层水平冻结加固技术对地层进行了预加固,并实施暗挖施工。文章以该工程为背景,在进行地层冻结温度、应力、位移场耦合计算的基础上,借助车站结构加固、悬吊、托换等保护性措施,并在冻结过程中,利用卸压、控制冻结等方法,成功实现了车站的零距离立体换乘施工,希望对同类工程的施工有一定的借鉴意义。
