从忍冬根药材中提取异绿原酸A,采用DPPH法、水杨酸比色法、邻苯三酚自氧化法及还原力测定法来进行体外抗氧化实验,利用皮肤荧光斑马鱼模型研究异绿原酸的体内抗氧化活性。结果表明,在0.5~10μg/m L范围内,异绿原酸A对DPPH和羟基自由基表现出了较好的清除作用,清除率最高分别达97.04%和60.01%;而异绿原酸A在5~200μg/m L范围内超氧自由基清除率最高仅达到28.04%;还原力测定OD值在0.5~100μg/m L范围内最高达0.98,说明异绿原酸A的还原能力强;异绿原酸A在皮肤荧光斑马鱼体内抗氧化效果良好,在浓度为25μg/m L时,相对抗氧化能力可达到60.4%。异绿原酸A对自由基有较好的清除能力,有良好的体内体外抗氧化活性。
