目的:探究健康教育路径在髋关节置换术后患者健康管理中的应用价值。方法:以科室2015年9月~2016年9月收治的42例髋关节置换术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组采用传统的宣教方法进行健康教育,观察组采用健康教育路径进行健康教育,在患者出院时比较分析两组患者的健康自我管理能力和满意度情况。结果:观察组患者的各项自我管理能力评分为(65.55±4.71)分,高于对照组的(56.76±5.31)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度为90.47%,显著高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径使健康教育细致化、具体化、时间化,增强了护士健康教育意识和责任感,规范了健康教育行为和理念,不仅可以提高患者的健康自我管理能力,还能提高患者服务的满意度。
Objective: To explore the value of health education pathways in patients’ health management after total hip arthroplasty. Methods: Forty-two patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty from September 2015 to September 2016 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group received the traditional method of education for health education, while the observation group adopted the healthy Education path of health education, patients were discharged at a comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with self-management ability and health self-satisfaction. Results: The score of self-management ability in observation group was (65.55 ± 4.71) points higher than that in control group (56.76 ± 5.31) points (P0.05). The degree of satisfaction in observation group was 90.47%, which was significantly higher than 76.19% in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The path of health education makes health education detailed, specific and time-based, which enhances the health education awareness and responsibility of nurses and standardizes health education behaviors and concepts, which not only can improve patients’ self-management ability of health, but also improve the service of patients Satisfaction.
