石油钻杆加厚端过渡区在加工过程中容易出现褶皱、表面粗糙等缺陷。利用光学显微镜分析了37Cr Mn Mo材料石油钻杆在镦锻前后过渡区的组织形貌,测试了硬度、冲击韧性和拉伸性能,同时对其金属流线进行了分析。结果表明,镦锻后钻杆的抗拉强度为950 MPa,屈服强度为840 MPa,硬度为34 HRC,冲击韧性为176 J;调质处理后钻杆材料晶粒细化且均匀紧密排列,无带状组织和夹杂物;镦锻后金属流线沿零件轮廓连续分布,能够提高钻杆径向抗拉强度和轴向抗剪切性能。
Oil drill pipe thickened end of the transition zone in the process prone to wrinkles, surface roughness and other defects. The microstructure of 37Cr Mn Mo oil drill pipe before and after upsetting was analyzed by light microscopy. The hardness, impact toughness and tensile properties of the oil drill pipe were analyzed. The metal flowlines were also analyzed. The results show that after upsetting, the tensile strength of the drill pipe is 950 MPa, the yield strength is 840 MPa, the hardness is 34 HRC, and the impact toughness is 176 J. After quenching and tempering, the drill pipe material grains are refined and uniformly arranged closely, Ribbons and inclusions. The metal streamlines are continuously distributed along the contour of the part after upsetting, which can improve the radial tensile strength and axial shear resistance of the drill pipe.
