为观察胰岛素样生长因子- 1 (IGF- 1) 的致纤维化作用, 采用免疫组化技术观察了染尘后不同时期兔肺组织IGF- 1 表达水平和支气管肺泡灌洗术(BAL) 对肺纤维化的影响。结果表明, 染尘后180 天组动物肺组织IGF- 1 表达强度显著高于染尘后90 天组动物( P< 0-01) , 灌洗组动物肺组织IGF- 1 表达强度及肺纤维化程度明显轻于未灌洗组动物。提示IGF- 1 在矽肺纤维化形成和维持过程中发挥着重要作用
