目的:应用黄斑区密集点矩阵视野(densematrixmappinginmacula,DMMM)并结合眼底荧光血管造影电脑眼底图你分析老年黄斑变性(age-relatedmaculardegeneration.AMD)视网膜色素上皮(RPE)损害与DMMM的视野光敏感度(lightSensitivity.LS)的改变.以找出改变的规律及评价其应用价值。方法:用Humphrey-640视野计自行设计DMMM检测AMD干性组51人64只眼,湿性组23人27只眼,用Zeiss公司生产的KONTRONELEKTRONIKInageAnalysisDivision-计算机图像分析仪对AMD眼底荧光血管造影相片病变面积自动测量;结果:干性组和湿性组眼底病灶面积与视野LS的总丢失量显著性检验均有高度显著差异,湿性组眼底病灶面积与视野LS的降低更为明显。结论:AMD眼底病灶与DMMM的LS的降低密切相关,AMD早期RPE的变性可引起视功能的改变,并随病情的进展LS的降低更明显。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the relationship between age-related macular degeneration (RPE) damage and light sensitivity (DM) in DMMM by using DMM combined with fundus fundus fluorescein angiography .LS) changes. To find out the law of change and evaluate its application value. Methods: DMMM was designed by Humphrey-640 to measure 64 eyes of AMD dry group (51 eyes) and 23 eyes of wet group (27 eyes). The area of lesion of fundus fluorescein angiography was calculated with KONTRONELEK TRONIK Imaging Santa Dismision Computer Image Analyzer (Zeiss) Automatic measurement. Results: There was a highly significant difference between the lesion size of the fundus and the total loss of visual field LS in the dry and wet groups, and the reduction of the lesion area and visual field LS in the wet group was more obvious. Conclusion: The fundus lesions of AMD are closely related to the decrease of LS in DMMM. The degeneration of RPE in early stage of AMD may cause the change of visual function, and the reduction of LS is more obvious with the progression of the disease.
