本文首先研究公交专用道规划对城市路网整体的影响,提出基于时空消耗概念下的路网容量修正公式;进行了载运乘客能力的计算对比;根据Logit模型和交通阻抗函数分析出公交专用道将有助于优化居民出行交通结构;指出不同等级道路交通流车辆组成将重新分配。以示意图说明了公交专用道规划前评价和设置后评价的动态循环过程;建立了多级指标层次结构图,建议用层次分析法和模糊数学进行综合效益前后评价。提供了制订和完善有关规范的内容。认为公交专用道应规划、建设、管理“三位一体”,同时必须运用新技术,才能提高公交服务水平。
