本文应用人工制备的免疫复合物（ｉｍｍｕｎｅｃｏｍｐｌｅｘ，ＩＣ）建立小鼠免疫复合物肾炎模型。用新鲜含补体的血清给动物注射，提高机体内的补体水平，从而抑制ＩＣ的形成；对已形成的ＩＣ呈现溶解作用，从而减少肾沉积及肾的组织损伤，对免疫复合物型肾炎有一定的治疗作用。
