文章基于知识基础观和高阶理论,分析并验证了知识获取与新企业创新绩效之间的关系,并创新性地提出家长式领导在新企业创建期和成长期对二者关系的调节作用。研究结果表明,知识获取在创建期和成长期均积极促进新企业创新绩效;创建期,家长式领导正向调节知识获取与新企业创新绩效的关系;成长期,家长式领导负向调节知识获取与新企业创新绩效的关系。
Based on knowledge base and high order theory, this paper analyzes and verifies the relationship between knowledge acquisition and new business innovation performance and creatively puts forward the regulatory role of paternalistic leadership in the relationship between new business creation and growth. The results show that knowledge acquisition actively promotes the innovation performance of new firms in both the creation and the growth phases. In the period of creation, paternalistic leadership positively regulates the relationship between knowledge acquisition and new firm innovation performance. In the growth phase, paternalistic leadership negatively regulates knowledge acquisition Relationship with New Enterprise Innovation Performance.
