Ten grams of wheat grain samples were used for milling quality evaluation. Through this evaluation, the quality of wheat flour can be discriminated, which is used to select the early generation. This procedure reliably and accurately discriminates the wheat flour parameters Sunco.Hartog and Sunelg, the yellow pigment content, the Keent-Jones color classification, and their yields. It can also be used for F 2 generation single plant selection of 5 common wheat cross combinations and to determine the heritability and simulated selection effect of F 3 generation. Suneca × Sunfield hybrid combinations to obtain the best simulation selection results.Parents value exceeded the standard varieties (Hartog) value. None of the crossover crossovers to improve milling quality are present in any crosses.
