类风湿性关节炎(RA)为内科系统常见疾病之一,其发病机制及对该病的诊治是人们正在探索中的问题.许多国外文献报告,细胞因子的异常在RA的发生、发展中具有重要作用.许多研究证明,RA伴ACD者,其发生与以细胞因子对造血系统的影响占首位.本资料对RA伴ACD者和不伴ACD者血中TNFα进行了检测,更进一步证明了TNFα在RA伴ACD中具有重要影响及作用.1 对象和方法按1987年美国制定的风湿病珍断标准,选择RA不伴ACD者5例,RA伴ACD者15例.其中男性10例,女性10例,平均年龄33.4岁.并以正常献血员15例作为对照组.对其血沉(ESR)、TNFα血红蛋白(Hb)和血清铁(SI)进行了检测.
