对20例无体征性底节区脑梗塞的患者和20例年龄匹配的健康人进行了脑电地形图分析。结果发现健康人各脑区脑波的主频均数在9Hz以上,以α2频段为主;而病例组各脑区脑波的主频均数在8.5Hz以下,以θ、δ频段为主。且于病侧额中央区显示焦点性高功率,与健侧及对照组比较,差异显著。提示脑波的主频分布及各脑区的相对功率可作为评价脑功能的生理指标。并在底节区脑梗塞的患者中,脑电地形图有其相应的异常改变。
EEG topographic analysis was performed on 20 patients with cerebral infarction without signs of sobriety and 20 age-matched healthy subjects. The results showed that the main frequency of brain wave in all brain regions of healthy individuals was above 9Hz, mainly in the α2 frequency band. The main frequency of brain wave in each brain region of the patients was below 8.5Hz, with θ and δ . And in the amount of focus in the central area showed focal high power, compared with the contralateral and control group, the difference was significant. Prompt brain wave frequency distribution and the relative power of brain areas can be used as physiological indicators to evaluate brain function. And in patients with cerebral infarction in the basal ganglia, EEG topography has its corresponding abnormal changes.
