目的评价湖沼地区实施以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病综合防治策略的效果。方法收集整理并分析2004-2008年公安县、江陵县开展人畜查治病、健康教育、无害化厕所建设、以机代牛、洲滩禁牧和安全用水等策略的年报资料。结果与2004年策略实施初期相比,2008年公安县人群和耕牛血吸虫感染率分别下降了74.43%和74.18%,感染性钉螺密度下降了99.42%;江陵县人群和耕牛感染率分别下降了73.29%和63.60%,感染性钉螺密度下降了75.78%。2县连续3年均未发生突发疫情,散发急性血吸虫病病例均降为0。结论以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病防治策略可有效控制湖沼地区血吸虫病疫情。
Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated control strategy of schistosomiasis controlled by source of infection in lakes and marshes. Methods The annual reports collected from 2004 to 2008 in Gong’an County and Gangneung County for investigation and treatment of diseases, health education, construction of decontamination latrines, banned animal husbandry by using machines on the beach and safe water use were collected. Results Compared with the initial implementation of the strategy in 2004, the infection rate of schistosomiasis in public security population and cattle decreased by 74.43% and 74.18%, respectively, and the density of infected snails decreased by 99.42% in 2008. The infection rates of population and cattle in Jiangling County decreased respectively 73.29% and 63.60%, respectively. The density of infectious snails decreased by 75.78%. No outbreaks were reported in 2 counties for 3 consecutive years, and all cases of acute schistosomiasis were reduced to 0. Conclusion The control strategy of schistosomiasis based on infection source control can effectively control the schistosomiasis epidemic situation in lakes and mountains.
