在1995~2000年间采用快检大肠菌群纸片法对海口地区定点管理单位的5421份餐具进行消毒效果监测,年合格率为88.50%~72.97%,不同年份、季节、餐厅规模、中西餐厅、以及不同种类餐具消毒合格率比较均有明显差异。1997~1998年定点与非定点单位调查结果比较餐具消毒合格率差异更大,定点单位合率82.60%、非定点单位小食店61.98%、大排档34.12%。监测结果客观反映了餐具消毒工作水平,为进一步加强食品工生监督管理提供依据。
In the period from 1995 to 2000, 5421 tableware of the designated management units in Haikou area were monitored for the disinfection efficiency by using the fast-test coliform bacteria paper method, with the annual pass rate of 88.50% -72.97%.
