文章介绍黄塔(桃)高速公路3车道零开挖进洞监测技术。研究和实际应用成果表明3车道零开挖进洞中应开展以下监测:(1)通过套拱内应力和基底压力监测管棚受力和边仰坡稳定状态;(2)通过监测管棚端部下沉,评价隧道开挖对洞顶覆盖层的扰动;(3)通过临时支护(支撑)的应力监测,评价临时支护(支撑)的效果;(4)将半明半暗洞口,分为受推型、偏压型和受压型结构,针对不同承载类型采用不同监测方案;(5)实时监控宜作为应急预案加以重视。
This article introduces the three-lane zero-excavation tunnel monitoring technology of Huangta (peach) expressway. The results of the research and practical application show that the following monitoring should be carried out in the three-lane zero excavation: (1) To monitor the stability of the pipe shed and the side slope by means of the stress inside the arch and the base pressure; (2) Subsidence and evaluate the disturbance caused by tunnel excavation on the roof cover; (3) evaluate the effect of temporary support (support) through the stress monitoring of temporary support (support); (4) For the push type, bias type and compression type structure, different monitoring methods for different load types; (5) Real-time monitoring should be taken as an emergency plan to attach importance.
