目的扩大关东丁香(Syringa veutina Kom)的药用资源。方法采用硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-橄榄脂素((-)-olivil,1)、(-)-开环异落叶松脂素9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷((-)-secoisrariciresinol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,2)、橄榄苦苷(oleuropein,3)、demethyloleuropein(4)、10-羟基橄榄苦苷(10-hydroxyoleuropein,5)、lucidumoside C(6)。结论化合物2、6为丁香属植物中首次分离得到,化合物1、4、5为关东丁香植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To expand the medicinal resources of Syringa veutina Kom. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as (-) - olivil, 1), (-) - enkephalin 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (-) - secoisrariciresinol-9-O-β- D-glucopyranoside, 2) oleuropein (3), demethyloleuropein (4), 10-hydroxyoleuropein (5), lucidumoside C 6). Conclusion Compounds 2 and 6 were isolated from Syringa for the first time. Compounds 1, 4 and 5 were isolated from clove plants for the first time.
