The average altitude of more than 600 m above sea level in the cool mountain area of Hunan is higher than that of other regions. It has special climatic conditions and is suitable for the growth of Yuzhu. It is an important high-quality tamarindus producing area in Hunan. The paper summarizes the high quality cultivation techniques of Polygonatum in cool mountain area of Hunan Province, with the hope of being a reference guide for production.
