针对连铸坯毛刺去不净的行业性技术难题,本文系统分析了现有去毛刺机的技术缺陷,并基于毛刺切削阻力和脆断能耗机理研究,提出了旋转打击式去毛刺新方法,创新设计了分体焊接式旋转轴,并利用有限元仿真软件进行了旋转轴模态分析,验证了去毛刺机设计的合理性。新型旋转打击式去毛刺机投用后,设备运行稳定可靠,故障率低,铸坯去毛刺率得到大幅度提升。
In order to solve the technical problems of continuous casting deburring without deburring, this paper systematically analyzes the technical defects of deburring machines. Based on the research on cutting resistance and energy consumption mechanism of brittle fracture, a new method of rotary deburring deburring is put forward. The split-welding rotary shaft was innovatively designed and the modal analysis of the rotary shaft was carried out by using the finite element simulation software to verify the rationality of the deburring machine design. After the new rotary hit deburring machine is put into operation, the equipment runs stably and reliably, the failure rate is low and the burr removal rate of the slab is greatly improved.
