结合双卧轴混凝土试验用搅拌机的开发设计,本文对影响搅拌机拌合性能的四个主要因素:搅拌叶片排布方式、叶片安装角度、搅拌筒的外形与材质以及卸料方式进行了详尽的分析与讨论,最终确定搅拌叶片正反排列、交错布置,叶片安装角为45°,搅拌筒底部具有两个凹陷和一条突起,点动倾翻卸料的结构型式。双卧轴混凝土试验用搅拌机消除了搅拌过程的盲区或低效区,显著提高了搅拌效率和物料的均匀性。
