学校教育是一个系统的工程,做好此项工作需要社会、学校、家庭三位一体的全面配合。身为班主任多年的我,更加深知其中的道理。虽然大家都知道家校联合的重要性,但是这种配合度依旧不够甚至还经常出现问题,今天我想针对家校联合教育存在的问题提出自己的一点浅见及相应的创新策略。一、家校联合重要性吗家校联合教育是指通过建立家庭与学校教育机构的密切联系,加强两者之间交流、互动,开展对家庭教育的指导,使两者之间有效配合从而提高学生受教育水平的教育合作方
