1962年以来,固体发酵及深层培养生产麦角新碱已推广投产。近年来我所又开展了麦角酰胺生物合成的研究。Arcamone等利用雀稗草麦角菌(Claviceps paspali Stev.& Hall)的某些菌株,首先在深层培养中获得较高含量的麦角酰胺。Pacifici及Groger等研究了雀稗草麦角菌的生长和营养。近年来又有新的报道。南斯拉夫把从美国引进的菌种的产碱率从0.003提高到0.05%。我国从南斯拉夫引进的原始菌种产碱量较低。据此,开展了菌种选育研究。两年来,取得了一些进展。现报告如下。
Since 1962, the production of ergometrine by solid fermentation and deep culture has been promoted and put into production. In recent years, we have also carried out the research of lysergic biosynthesis. Arcamone et al. used certain strains of Claviceps paspali Stev. & Hall to first obtain higher levels of ergotamide in deep culture. Pacifici and Groger et al. studied the growth and nutrition of Bacillus cereus. In recent years there have been new reports. Yugoslavia increased the alkali production rate of bacteria introduced from the United States from 0.003 to 0.05%. The amount of alkali produced by the original strains introduced from Yugoslavia is low in China. Based on this, the breeding of strains was studied. In the past two years, some progress has been made. The report is as follows.
