某水泥生产企业在水泥炉窑的窑头和窑尾各装1台型号为QC328/325-24.6-1.25/305的余热锅炉,正常工作压力为1.05MPa。余热锅炉投产运行后,锅炉运行中常常发现锅水呈间歇性黑褐色水的现象,影响锅炉安全运行。针对该现象笔者进行了具体的原因分析,提出了解决方法,并在实施过程中不断完善,取得了较好的效果。1锅炉和水处理情况此类余热锅炉通常为层状支管式结构,从上至下有数层密排热交换管,如上述型号的窑尾炉有12层,共分3个循环回路,其中1层至4层热交换管路与汽包为一个循环回路,5层至8层及9层至12层又分别与汽包形成二个循环回路.三个循环回路之间通过数根下降管连通;窑头炉有9层,由于热交换管路较少,分为二个循环回路。锅炉运行时将与水泥熟料热交换后产生的热空气从锅炉顶部引入,从上至下逐层通过热交换管进行热交换。其中窑头炉余热气的进气温度为400℃,窑尾炉余热气进气温度为325℃,极大的利用了水泥生产过程中的余热。

The hot air generated by the heat exchange with the cement clinker during the operation of the boiler is introduced from the top of the boiler and is heat-exchanged layer by layer through the heat exchange tubes from top to bottom. Incineration furnace kiln exhaust gas inlet temperature is 400 ℃, kiln tailings furnace inlet heat temperature of 325 ℃, making great use of the cement production process of waste heat.
