新型薄膜材料对当代高新技术起着重要的作用,是国际上科学技术研究的热门学科之一。开展新型薄膜材料的基础研究直接关系到信息技术、微电子技术、计算机科学等领域的发展方向和进程。新型薄膜的发展取决于人们对先进薄膜材料、先进的成膜技术和薄膜结构的控制,以及对薄膜的物理、化学行为的深入研究。目前,对薄膜材料的研究正在向多种类、高性能、新工艺等方面发展,其基础研究也在向分子层次、原子层次、纳米尺度、介观结构等方向深入,新型薄膜材料的应用范围正在不断扩大。
The new thin film material plays an important role in modern high-tech and is one of the most popular subjects in international science and technology research.
