用固体发动机比冲的理论计算方法计算了发动机比冲与平均工作任强的关系。由发动机质量比的表达式,推出了质量比与发动机最大工作压强和平均工作压强比以及药柱体积装填分数的关系。计算和试验结果表明:发动机比冲随着平均工作压强增加而增加;发动机质量比随着药柱体积装填分数增加以及最大压强和平均坛强比的减小而增加。结论:提高平均压强和药柱装填分数以及降低最大压强与平均压强比是提高发动机性能的技术途径。
The relationship between engine specific impulse and average work load is calculated by the theoretical calculation method of specific engine specific impulse. From the expression of engine mass ratio, the relationship between mass ratio and engine maximum working pressure and average working pressure ratio, as well as the grain filling fraction is introduced. The calculation and test results show that the engine specific impulse increases with the increase of average working pressure. The engine mass ratio increases with the increase of the filling fraction of the column and the decrease of the maximum pressure and the average ratio of the strength of the altar. CONCLUSIONS: Increasing the average pressure and filling fraction of the column and decreasing the maximum pressure versus the average pressure ratio are technical ways to improve engine performance.
