调查显示,学前教育专业教师职业素养的欠缺,已经成为幼儿教育事业发展的关键制约因素之一。如何提高幼儿教师对工作的认识态度,将直接影响学前教育教学质量的提升。针对目前学前教育专业学生职业素养偏低的现状,应该从重视职业素养的培育,加强教育实践活动,加强师德培育等方面予以改进。
The survey shows that the lack of professional qualifications of preschool education teachers has become one of the key constraints in the development of preschool education. How to improve kindergarten teachers’ understanding of their work will directly affect the improvement of pre-school teaching quality. In view of the current situation that the pre-primary education students have low professional accomplishment, we should improve the cultivation of professional accomplishment, strengthening the educational practice and strengthening the cultivation of teacher’s morality.
