采用臭氧与紫外线两种消毒方法对托幼机构常用的四种玩具进行表面微生物杀灭效果试验观察,臭氧对四种玩具表面的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达86.67%~99.84%,紫外线的杀灭率为81.27%~ 99. 33%,两种方法消毒结果,经统计学检验,无显著性差异。臭氧对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率低于紫外线。
Ozone and UV disinfection methods were used to kill four kinds of toys commonly used in nurseries. The results showed that the killing rate of ozone on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the four toys was 86.67% 99.84%, UV kill rate of 81.27% ~ 99. 33%, two methods of disinfection results, the statistical test, no significant difference. The killing rate of ozone on Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores is lower than that of UV light.
